2 males will appear in Bail Court this morning as a result of incidents reported yesterday and early this morning. Marcel Beaulieu, age 46 of no fixed address, went to a residence on Oakland Avenue, which he is on an undertaking to stay away from. The resident called city police and officers located Mr. Beaulieu at the residence where he was arrested.

A 39-year-old male will also appear in bail court this morning as a result of domestic disturbance yesterday afternoon. The accused male allegedly struck the complainant with a beer bottle and held a knife to her throat. The male person is also charged with 2 counts of breach of probation for failing to stay away from the victim and for failing to keep the peace and being of good behavior.

BREAK & ENTERS
2 break and enters to report: An officer attended at a residence on Leo Avenue at 4:38 yesterday afternoon where someone had entered through the front door. Taken from the residence were bottles of liquor and 3 cameras.

The Family Chiropractic Clinic on Queen Street reported a break in from overnight. It appears that only a very small amount of cash was missing from the building.

MISCHIEF AT THE PLUMMER
Mischief was reported to the canopy entrance of the Plummer Hospital. A window at that location was broken early yesterday morning. A pry bar was also located on the ground near the damaged window.

DOMESTIC DISPUTES
A 28-year-old male was arrested and charged early this morning after a domestic disturbance in the city’s east end. The accused man is alleged to have grabbed the female complainant by the throat and also punched a hole in a door. He will appear in court in February.

A 46-year-old female was arrested and charged at approx. 10pm last night after a domestic dispute. She is to appear in court in February to face an assault charge in which she punched a male victim in the face.

MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISIONS
At the intersection of McMeeken St and Churchill Blvd, a vehicle traveling south on Churchill struck a vehicle that was attempting to cross Churchill at McMeeken Street. The driver of the car on McMeeken St, Margaret Dimma age 63 of 39 Val St was charged with Failing to Yield to Traffic. There was light damage to both vehicles no injuries are reported.

A vehicle trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot at 751 Pine St resulted in a 3-vehicle accident at 10:05 yesterday morning. Colleen Bailey, age 45 of 106-751 Pine St was charged with Failing to yield from a Private Drive.

Ms. Bailey began to make her left turn onto Pine St. when she came into contact with a southbound car. A second southbound vehicle on Pine St also came into contact with the first southbound vehicle. Light damage was reported to all vehicles
