The following two young persons will be appearing in bail court today: 1) Yesterday afternoon city police arrested a 14-year-old male on two outstanding warrants.
The following two young persons will be appearing in bail court today:

1) Yesterday afternoon city police arrested a 14-year-old male on two outstanding warrants. It is alleged that on January 29th, 2008 the accused failed to appear for the purpose of identification. It is further alleged that on October 20th 2007 the accused committed the offence of mischief and breached an undertaking release order. The accused is charged with one count of breach of an undertaking, one count of mischief and one count of failing to appear for identification.

2) Last night at approx. 9:00 pm city police attended at a west end residence and arrested a 15-year-old male. It is alleged that the youth, who was on a recognizance release order with an 8:30 pm curfew failed to return home by the curfew time. The youth has been charged with one count of breach of a recognizance.

City police are investigating two reports of mischief from yesterday:

1. Yesterday afternoon, at approx. 4:00 pm city police received a report of a mischief to the Polish Hall, located at 232 Goulais Ave. A youth had been observed spray painting the building.

2. City police received a report that a male was seen kicking in a door in the 100 block of Market St. yesterday afternoon.

The investigations are continuing on both of these occurrences.
