Male Arrested after Threatening to Kill Residents on Queen Street West:

42 year-old Donald Bob of #1-429 Wellington Street East was arrested on the 6th of February at 2:15 am on Queen Street West and charged with three counts of threaten death or bodily harm. At approximately 1:40 am this morning, city police received a call regarding an intoxicated male causing a disturbance outside an apartment complex on Queen Street West. Officers arrived and spoke to two residents that were awakened by the male yelling and buzzing their intercom several times, looking for a person not known to them. It is alleged that when the residents asked him to leave he refused and began to threaten them, yelling that he had a knife, he would break the door down and stab them and another one of their family members. On arrival, police located the intoxicated male walking away from the apartment and arrested him without incident. The accused is to appear in bail court this morning.

Male Driver Charged for not providing Breath Sample:

35 year-old Darrell Johnson of 40 Amy Avenue was arrested at approximately 2:25 am this morning on Manitou Drive and charged with one count of fail to provide breath sample and two counts of breach of a release order. It is alleged that at approximately 2:20 am this morning, city police on routine patrol, observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of sped on McNabb Street. Officers were able to stop the vehicle on Manitou Driver and when they were speaking to the driver they found him to be under the influence of alcohol. The accused was given a roadside screening devise test and registered a fail. Once at the station, the accused refused to provide a breath sample. The accused was on an undertaking order with conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and to notify any change in his address, which he did. He is to appear in court on the 9th of March.

Male Charged with Assault:

36 year-old Jason Mcgrayne of #1-438 North Street was arrested on the 5th of February at 4:20 am on Gore Street and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that around 2:39 am on the 5th of February, city police received a call regarding two males fighting on Gore Street near Wellington Street East. When police arrived, one of the male parties had left the scene and the other male advised he was jumped and beat up by the male that just left. The police located the accused a short time later on Gore Street. The 24 year-old male victim received non-life threatening injuries. The accused is to appear in court on the 9th of March.

Male Driver Arrested after Causing a Disturbance and Resisting Arrest:

26 year-old Michael Debello of 35 Grace Street was arrested at 11:35 pm on Grace Street and charged with one count of cause a disturbance and one count of resist arrest. It is alleged that on the 5th of February at 11:30 pm city police stopped a vehicle on Grace Street and when police sere speaking with the driver, the accused, he became very belligerent and continued to swear and yell at the officers. When officers attempted to arrest him, he resisted by pulling away and flailing his arms. He is to appear in court on the 9th of March.
