On Friday February 20th 2015 drug enforcement officers conducted a traffic stop in the west end of the city. As a result of the stop a female and a male were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Dennis Cardinal Rinaldi, age 37 of Queen Street East is charged with possession of a controlled substance and is scheduled to appear in court on March 23, 2015 at 9:00 am. The second accused Melissa Elizabeth Clement, age 38 of North Street is charged with possession of a controlled substance and is scheduled to appear in court on March 23, 2015 at 900 am.

On the 19th of February a homeowner on Gladstone Avenue reported a break and enter to their residence. Items taken include an Acer laptop, a Mac Book Pro laptop, a Nikon camera and an X-box with the Call of Duty game as well as two controllers for the system.
