The only bail court entry this morning is a 16 year-old male youth that was arrested on the 14th of February at 9:40 pm at his residence. He was charged with one count of cause disturbance, one count of resist peace officer, three counts of mischief and two counts of breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
On the 14th of February at approximately 9:12 pm city police responded to a call for assistance by the Ambulance Services to an east end residence regarding them having difficulties with the accused that was allegedly under the influence of drugs and was being combative with the ambulance attendants. The youth was transported to hospital where he caused a disturbance by yelling and swearing at police. He continuously attempting to pull away from them and would not comply with their verbal commands. It is further alleged that the accused spat on the floor several times at the hospital and in the police cruiser on route to the station. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and when officers initially responded to the residence of the accused he was with another youth that he was on conditions not to communicate with.

One Break & Enter

There was one break and enter report taken yesterday to a residence on Woodcroft Avenue that occurred between 12:30 pm to 3 pm on the 13th of February. Medication and some cash were reported stolen.
