Two persons to appear in bail court: 1) Emily Nethery, age 19, of 123 Marconi St. was arrested by city police yesterday and charged with one count of breach of a recognizance.
Two persons to appear in bail court:

1) Emily Nethery, age 19, of 123 Marconi St. was arrested by city police yesterday and charged with one count of breach of a recognizance. It is alleged that the accused failed to abide by conditions of her release order by not being in the company of her surety.

2) Yesterday evening city police arrested a 22-year-old female and charged her with one count of assault. It is alleged that the accused assaulted her husband. The victim did not require medical attention.

Two persons arrested for theft under $ 5,000:

Last evening city police arrested Terrance Saunders and Rosemary Pheasant on theft under charges. It is alleged that the two accused entered the Mac’s Mart Store at 187 Gore St., on Aug 26th and stole 8 - $ 20.00 lottery scratch and win tickets.
Terrance Saunders, age 27, of 110 Wilding Ave and Rosemary Pheasant, age 25, of 110 Wilding Ave are each charged with one count of theft under $ 5,000. They will be appearing in court on Oct 5th at 9:00 am.

Males arrested for failing to appear for identification:

1) Yesterday afternoon city police arrested 19-year-old Michael Turmaine, of 414 Pineshores Dr and charged him with one count of failing to appear for identification and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused failed to attend at the city police station on Aug 11th 2009 for fingerprints. At the time of this offence the accused was on probation. Mr. Turmaine will be appearing in court on Sept 28th at 9:00 am.

2) Yesterday afternoon city police arrested 47-year-old Paul Archambault, of 196 James St. Apt. #10 and charged him with one count of failing to appear for identification. It is alleged that the accused failed to attend at the city police station on Aug 17th 2009 for fingerprints. Mr. Archambault will be appearing in court on Sept 21st at 9:00 am.

3) Joshua Amendola, age 21, of 222 Rossmore Rd. was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of failing to appear for court. It is alleged that accused failed to attend court on July 20th 2009 on a charge of assault. Mr. Amendola, will be appearing in court on Sept 21st at 9:00 am.


Two persons arrested as a result of Drug Project “Hub”:

Yesterday afternoon city police arrested Maurice Desgagne, age 48 of 419 Wellington St. E. Apt # 1 and Christina Wesley, age 28 of 81 Hillside Dr. Mr. Desgagne and Ms Wesley are each charged with two counts of trafficking in a substance. They were arrested as a result of Project Hub and will be appearing in court on Oct 5th at 9:00 am.

Property Crimes:

Break and enter:


Ric’s Outlet, located in the market Mall, 275 Second Line W. was broken into yesterday. A quantity of clothing was taken.

Theft:

A purse was stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Pardee Ave.
