ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR MISLEADING COURT
Last Monday, July 29th, Paul Edwards, age 21, of 371 Wellington St. East, while being sentenced on another matter, obstructed justice in a judicial proceeding by misleading the court to believe that he was employed at a vinyl company. Edwards then asked the court for a temporary release from jail to attend his fictitious work place. The Investigation Services detectives arrested the accused and have charged him with obstructing justice. Edwards will appear in Bail Court today.

BREAK-IN SUSPECT ARRESTED
Yesterday at 5:30 a.m., Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Patrol Officers observed a male known to them who was violating the terms of his undertaking by being outside his residence after his curfew. Following a short foot chase the suspect was arrested on the railway tracks off Bruce St.

Patrol officers, upon searching the suspect, located numerous lottery tickets on his person. Further investigation by detectives revealed the tickets had been reported stolen from
