Reminder

Now that spring is on it’s way with it comes rapidly melting snow and April showers. The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like to remind the public to be aware of the danger in ditches in our community. In some locations the water is very deep and fast running. Parents and caregivers need to remind children not to play in the water in these ditches and to stay clear of them. If a child were to slip and fall into the fast moving water, or were to lose their balance in the ditch, the result could be tragic.

Break and Enter

Yesterday City Police received one report of a break and enter. A garage in the 100 block of Albert Street East was entered overnight and a Skil saw was taken.
