Four people were arrested this afternoon after a joint police operation in the 0-100 block of East Street.
Officers with Sault Police, along with members of the the Ontario Provincial Police, executed a search warrant at the residence.
Officers remain on scene as the investigation is ongoing, says a news release issued this afternoon.
Sault officers involved in the case include members of the Crime Suppression Unit, Drug Enforcement Unit, Emergency Services Unit and Patrol Services.
