City police advise that, as of 5 p.m., officers have cleared the scene and traffic is moving normally in the area.

City fire, police, and EMS are on scene this morning of a fire in the 0-100 block of Wellington Street East.

Police have blocked off traffic in the area, including on several streets near Wellington St. East and Abbott St. and are asking the public to avoid the area while firefighters work to put out the fire.

PUC workers are also on scene.
