Police have charged a 36-year-old driver with operation while impaired after receiving a report of a potential impaired driver on Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to the report at approximately 4:30 p.m. yesterday in the 700 block of North Street.
Officers spoke with the driver and developed a reason to believe the person was impaired by alcohol. The driver provided a breath sample, which registered a fail.
The driver was arrested and later provided two further samples, which also registered failed results.
Justin Case has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80+) and is scheduled to appear in court in October.
