SAULT STE MARIE POLICE SERVICE

On Apr. 10, 2017 officers with the Court Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 23-year-old Tyler Vary of No Fixed Address in relation to an outstanding warrant.

It is alleged that on Feb. 7 and 9, 2017 the accused forced his way into a residence belonging to people that are known to him while the occupants were out of town. While forcing his way in, the accused is alleged to have caused damage to a door frame.

A warrant was requested for the arrest of the accused and he was located by police on Apr. 10, 2017. He was charged with one count of unlawfully in a dwelling and one count of mischief under $5,000. He will appear in court on Apr. 24, 2017.
