A man was arrested on the first day of school for allegedly exposing his genitals and buttocks while yelling obscenities at a group of children waiting for their morning bus.
Sault Police say the incident occurred at around 7:45 a.m. near Shannon Road and Capp Avenue.
“Officers were dispatched to the area where they located, and arrested, the accused,” says a news release issued by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.
Adam Warren, 44, is charged with indecent acts. He was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled back in court on Nov. 18, 2024.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and Warren is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
