On March 21, 2020, officers with Patrol Services arrested 44-year-old Michael Paquin for being unlawfully in a dwelling.

At 3:13 p.m., officers responded to a call for service in the 100-block of Andrew Street. Upon arrival, police found the owner of the residence detaining the accused, alleging he broke into the residence. A window of the residence was found to be broken and some areas of the home had been spray painted.

The accused was arrested and a subsequent search found him to be in possession of an amount of a substance suspected to be crack cocaine. He is charged with unlawfully in a dwelling, mischief under $5,000, possession of a controlled substance, and breach of probation.

He is scheduled to appear in court on June 1, 2020.
