The stolen bag contained keys and a wallet, and police say a credit card was used at two businesses in the 200 block of Bay Street.

The stolen items were recovered and returned to the victim.

  • possession of credit card obtained by crime
  • unauthorized use of credit card data

He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled back in court on Aug. 26, 2024.

None of the allegations have been tested in court and Richman is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
