Police have charged Fred Murphy after officers responded to a park in the area of Lennox Avenue last evening.
A news release issued by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service alleges that the 42-year-old accused was seen lying naked in the park at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Murphy was later identified, located at a Korah Road residence, and arrested.
He stands charged with indecent acts and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12
