A 45-year-old is facing a pair of charges following a report of a robbery at a business on Trunk Road.

Around 4:20 p.m. on Monday, a 911 report was made for a robbery at a business in the 600 block of Trunk Road.

Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service responded and found an individual who matched the description of the suspect on McNabb Street near Black Road.

Police say that the accused stole items from the business and, while leaving, showed a utility knife and verbally threatened staff.

As a result, Sean Seguin has been charged with robbery and uttering threats.

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in November.
