On Nov. 2, 2016 at 5:50 p.m. city police arrested 83-year-old Alessandro Tomasso of James Street.
It’s alleged that the accused sexually assaulted two females known to him back between 1981 and 1985 when the victims were 12 and 14 years old.
Tomasso has been charged with 1 count of sexual intercourse with a female not his wife, and under 14 years, and one count of sexual intercourse with a female, not his wife and under 16 years.
He will be appearing in court on Dec. 5, 2016.
