On May 17, 2020, officers with Patrol Services arrested 68-year-old Mary Reid for impaired driving.
At 12:29 p.m., police received a call of an SUV driving erratically before pulling into a business in the 200 block of Northern Avenue. Officers arrived a short time later and observed the accused enter the SUV described by the complainant and start the vehicle.
Officers approached the vehicle and while speaking with the accused developed grounds to believe her ability to operate a vehicle was impaired by drugs. She was arrested.
A drug recognition evaluation was provided and the accused performed poorly.
She is charged with impaired driving alcohol and drugs.
She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 10, 2020.
