On June 2, 2020 officers with Investigation Services arrested a 39-year-old man for sexual assault.
It is alleged between July and August 2019 the accused made comments of a sexual nature and touched a victim for a sexual purpose. The two victims were underage at the time of the incident.
He is charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference and two counts of invitation to sexual touching.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 17, 2020.
