38-year-old charged after someone became aggressive with security

'Officers located the accused, who was yelling and behaving belligerently'

Police charged a 38-year-old man with assault and causing a disturbance on Nov. 28. 

At around 9 p.m., city police officers responded to a report of an unwanted person acting aggressively in the 700 block of Great Northern Road. 

“Upon arrival, officers located the accused, who was yelling and behaving belligerently,” police said in a news release. 

“An investigation revealed the accused had also pushed an employee and became verbally aggressive with security officers."

Aaron Beaulieu is charged with:

  • Assault
  • Causing a Disturbance
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order

Beaulieu was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27, 2025.

None of the allegations have been tested in court and Beaulieu is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
