25-year-old accused of break and enter, spraying bear mace: Sault Police

The man faces a slew of weapons, theft and break and enter charges

On Jan. 1, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 25-year-old Brandon Wyatt of no fixed address for robbery. 

It’s alleged between Dec. 31, 2019 and Jan. 1, 2020 the accused entered a residence in the 100-block of Brock Street. Once inside he sprayed a substance, believed to be bear mace, at the victim. The accused took several items belonging to the victim, including a jacket and bank cards. 

He was located on Jan. 1, 2020 and arrested. He is charged with the following; 

  • Robbery
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon
  • Possession of a prohibited weapon, knowing its possession is unauthorized
  • Break and enter
  • Theft of credit card x2
  • Breach of probation 

He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 10, 2020.
