For the seventh straight year, Northside Toyota is back with its Fill the Toyota campaign and this year, it is bigger than ever. Local businesses have generously matched the first $1,000 in community donations by FIFTEEN TIMES! That means that as a community, we turned $1,000 of donations made by our readers into $16,000! Online donations are now closed, but you can still help!
Non-perishable food can be placed in ‘Fill the Toyota’ vehicles at each location. Monetary donations will also be accepted at grocery checkouts.
All donations will support the Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen and St. Vincent Place.
Thank you to our generous community and local businesses that work hard to make Sault Ste. Marie a better place.

More than 11,000 people in Sault Ste. Marie struggle with poverty and food insecurity. This has an effect on their physical and mental health, and on the fabric of our community.
We provide good food, programming and resources in spaces that are warm, dignified and respectful. The Soup Kitchen Community Centre welcomes everyone and encourages self-sufficiency and improve quality of life, starting with access to good food.
Community kitchen brings people together to learn, cook, and share nutritious, culturally-diverse, and inexpensive meals. We offer a range of cooking groups, all designed to build food skills, reduce social isolation, and increase access to healthy food, while connecting people to other resources.
