VIDEO: Local NDP candidate Lisa Vezeau-Allen stops by our SooToday studio

In advance of Thursday's provincial election, we invited each of the local candidates from the four major parties to our downtown office for one-on-one interviews

On Feb. 27, Ontario voters will head to the polls — the culmination of an early snap election called by PC Leader Doug Ford.

In Sault Ste. Marie, six candidates are vying to be the next local Member of Provincial Parliament. They are:

Chris Scott for the Progressive Conservatives

Lisa Vezeau-Allen for the New Democrats

Gurwinder Dusanjh for the Liberals

Jaycob Jacques for the Green Party

Arnold Heino for the New Blue Party

Paul Frolich for the Ontario Party

As part of SooToday's election coverage, we invited local candidates from the four major parties to join us for one-on-one interviews in our downtown studio. We limited the invitations to only those candidates whose parties currently have at least one seat in the Ontario Legislature: the PCs, NDP, Liberals and Greens.

Today's guest: Lisa Vezeau-Allen of the NDP.
