A local person was killed in a single ATV collision on Red Rock Road yesterday afternoon at around 4 p.m.
A news release issued by Sault Ste. Marie OPP says the driver, a 34-year-old Sault resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation continues with assistance from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service, the OPP North East Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team, the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
The person's identity has not been released.
