Thirty-two-year-old Joanne Vivier of no fixed address was arrested on the 5th of November at 2:34 p.m. at the Wal-Mart on Great Northern Road and charged with one count of uttering a forged document and two counts of breach of probation.
It is alleged that the accused attended at the Wal-Mart pharmacy yesterday afternoon around 2:20 p.m. and presented a forged prescription to obtain Percocet pills.
At the time of the incident the accused was on two separate probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be good.
She is to appear in court on the 30th of November.
