FRIDAY OCTOBER 30 2009

Halloween House, presented by the Arts Council and White Pines Onstage is located in the Station Mall across from the Scotiabank. The house is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is $2.

Devil's Night Metal Fest begins at 7 p.m. at the Oddfellows Hall, 124 Dennis Street and features Upheaval of an Exorcist, Garden of Bedlam, Bring the Fallen and The Fury. Admission is $10. This is an all-ages event.

Algoma Fall Festival presents Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience at the Great Northern Hotel and Conference Centre at 8 p.m. For tickets visit www.algomafallfestival.com or call (705) 945-7299.

The Copper Community Theatre presents a Monster Bash at the Bruce Mines Community Hall from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. This fundraiser will include a dancing, cash bar, prizes and more dancing.

Spyder's Web performs at the Esquire Club, 103 Second line West, from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Johnny Lunchbox performs at the Canadian Night Club, 410 Pim Street (in the Knights Inn). Show kicks off at 10 p.m.

The Magnificent Sevens bring their unique bluegrass to Loplops Gallery-Lounge, 651 Queen Street East. Show time is 10 p.m.

The Pine Cones play the Bottoms Up Lounge, 280 Queen Street East (upstairs), from 10 p.m. until close.

SATURDAY OCTOBER 31 2009

Galaxy Cinemas presents an encore screening from the Metropolitan Opera, Puccini's Tosca at 1 p.m. Tickets available at the Galaxy Box Office.

Bruized Orange plays the New American Pub, 602 Bay Street, from 4 to 9 p.m.

The Grand Theatre will host a Halloween dance party featuring Stifler's Mom and That's Chester. Doors open at 7 p.m. Call 575-5687 for ticket information.

Soo Greyhounds vs Windsor Spitfires at the Essar Centre. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
