What's up with these 2 dogs? These nasty beasts' internal clocks have not changed yet. The last 2 mornings waking me up at 4 AM, of course, I am awake and they have gone back to bed Grrrrr! Need much coffee :)

Good morning gang ... here in Ottawa there is sun and cloud, temps about 7C.
Good news the baby is being released this afternoon, my daughter has an appointment with her doc. here for 11:30 so will in all probability be heading home early tomorrow morning. Daughter is feeling quite a bit better yesterday so that she even came with me to the drug store for meds. So she is up and moving around which is always a good sign.
3tac I hope you are healing quickly and do take care of yourself.

I made Southern Style Pulled Pork Sandwiches (actually tonight we had leftovers from last night but I think they were even better as the flavours went through) with coleslaw that you are, by recipe, supposed to put right ON the sandwiches. "By gosh, by golly, theys were gewd!!!!" goodhousekeeping.com/recipes type in pulled pork sandwiches.. I used the first one that popped up and it turned out awesome! Have a wonderful night my RRoomie friends! The shop has been crazy busy the last couple days with all the Brandon K. Steffey memorial tattoos. God rest his soul..
The funeral persession is tomorrow from Clark Bailey Newhouse Funeral Home to Sault Area High School. The SLOW persession will start at about 2, with the public funeral to start at 4pm. With a buffet to follow at the high school cafeteria.

Well yesterday with some help we made 5 but ate 1 blueberrie pies, 2 raisin and 2 apple for HFH bake sale on Saturday.
I still have what 3 more days to make something else. Maybe Lemon Pie!!!!

WENIP, you brought up The beatles. It is being discussed on the web from reputable sources that The Beatles complete catalogue is coming out on remastered vinyl!! Now that would be something! Hopefully all albums are released in mono except for Abbey Road and Let It Be. May be time to get a new cartridge for the Technics turntable :)

oh it was very sad today...we got to the post office in Sault Michigan a couple minutes before the funeral procession for the soldier from Sault Michigan killed in Afghanistan.
We managed to get around the side streets and out onto Ashmun at the bridge. The people that we lined up with flags just choked you. I was brought to tears when I saw groups of school kids all waving American Flags..and a school band all huddled unter a tent trying to protect themselves from the light rain.
There were soldiers and police everywhere. Even eating lunch in Cheboygan some were on their way back home after attending the service

Hi gang just got in and haven't unpacked yet.... Drive home was smoothe and uneventful other than meeting Not Me for lunch and had a great chat. She is such a wonderful person.
