Cherished grandfather of Rob Letbridge, Marnie Eaton, Norman Bourgeois (Lisa), Jodi Hill (Tim), Melaina Bourgeois and Tyler Bourgeois (Laura). Dear great grandfather of Elliot and Melanie Lethbridge, Joey Bourgeois, Jake, Jamie, Jeanne, Jarred and Justin Hill and Jesse Evans and Caleb Pears. Great grandmother of Nicholas, Johnathon, Ciarra, Darren, Drake and the late Cristian . Daughter of the late Louis and Emma McMillan and daughter in law of the late Robert and Mabel Hurd. Sister of the Late Harold McMillan (late Marie), late Gordon McMillan (Ada), late Margaret Setchel (late Charles), Phylis Griswold (late Larry), late Norval McMillan (Van),Doreen Oldroyd (late John) and the late Earl McMillan (late Madeline). Passed away peacefully with family and friends by her side on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the age of 72. Mother of Alex (Pam), Lisa Seidewand (Glenn), Harry, David (Marilyn), Alfreda Trudeau (Guy Dumas) and the late Julia. Grandmother of Aurelia, Rob, Elizabeth, Rock, Cree, Heather and Daniel. Great grandmother of 3. Predeceased by her sister Annie and brother Ervin. Always remembered by sister Hilda Syrette. Jean was very gracious with her time and volunteered at the local Indian Friendship Centre, Northern Treatment Centre, Sault Jail, Waabanong Head Start and the Ontario Native Women’s Association. She was fondly known as “Grandma Jean the Bean” by many who knew her.
