The airmass over Northern Ontario will be unpredictable this weekend, offering a blend of sun, clouds, and showers. The challenge lies in anticipating the timing of the scattered shower activity. So, I'd rely more on having an umbrella handy this weekend than an hour-by-hour forecast on your phone. At least afternoon temperatures this weekend will be right where they should be for early May, in the mid-teens.

We will see mostly sunny skies Friday morning with a few clouds in the afternoon as daytime highs climb to 17°C.

Clouds and isolated showers move in Saturday morning, with partial clearing in the afternoon as temperatures reach 14°C. A few more clouds move in on Sunday, with a chance of isolated showers all day and daytime highs near 17°C.

Sunshine eventually returns on Monday and could stick around for several days to start next week.
